DLA Piper has advised the French asset manager Ofi Invest Real Estate on the sale of an office building in Hamburg in Dornbusch 2-4. The buyer of the property is Montano Real Estate GmbH, which acquired the property on behalf of a German pension fund.
The property, which consists of two buildings, is located in Hamburg’s old town and comprises around 5,700 square metres of rental space, including seven floors of offices, shops at the foot of the building and two underground car parks with a total of 27 parking spaces. The buildings from the 1960s were renovated in 2008 and 2012.
The property is currently fully let, the main tenant being the German property group Quantum.
