
Dentons’ UK, Ireland and Middle East (UKIME) region has established its first-ever Shadow Executive Team, enabling executive leadership to tap into a broad range of perspectives and experiences whilst future proofing the firm by giving the next generation of leaders early exposure to executive decision-making. The Shadow Executive Team will bring fresh insights to the topics that matter to the firm, its clients and its people, helping to drive well-informed decisions on Dentons’ key strategic and operational initiatives.
The Shadow Executive Team will be a consultative body comprised of junior partners and senior legal and business services professionals. Members are appointed for 12 months and the group will make recommendations to the Executive Leadership Team, focused on substantive ideas and outputs that can positively impact the firm.
