Dentons Link Legal advised Jammu and Kashmir Bank Limited (“J&K Bank”) in the qualified institutions placement of equity shares to qualified institutional buyers. Through this placement, J&K Bank issued and allotted 6,97,02,602 Equity Shares at the issue price of Rs. 107.60 per Equity Share (including a premium of 106.60 per Equity Shares), aggregating up to Rs. 750 crores. J&K Bank is one of the oldest private sector banks in India with 85 years of experience in providing banking services in India.

The placement document was filed with the stock exchanges i.e., BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India.
