Kirkland Advises Olympus on Pair of M&A Transactions

Kirkland & Ellis recently advised private equity firm Olympus on a pair of M&A deals. The transactions include the sale of testing, inspection and certification provider AmSpec to TPG Rise Climate and the purchase of a leading, scaled, full-line pies platform from Wonder Brands Holdings Inc. and FGF Brands (USA) Inc. by Olympus portfolio company Rise Baking Company.
