Latham & Watkins Advises Blaize in Business Combination with BurTech Acquisition Corp.

Blaize, Inc. (Blaize), a provider of purpose-built, AI-enabled edge computing solutions, announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to combine with BurTech Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: BRKH), a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company. Upon closing of the proposed transaction, Blaize will become a publicly traded company and is expected to be listed on Nasdaq under a new ticker symbol. The proposed transaction values Blaize at a pro forma enterprise value of US$894 million.

Latham & Watkins LLP is advising Blaize in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by Houston partners Ryan Lynch and Ryan Maierson and Bay Area partner Brian Patterson, with associates Bryan Ryan, Ziyad Barghouthy, Haley Sandoval, Kevin Donovan, and Alexandra Cumberland.
