Clifford Chance has advised Ascendi on the acquisition of a majority stake in Elsamex Gestión de Infraestructuras, a Spanish company devoted to the operation and maintenance of roads, with presence mainly in Spain and Portugal.
Following the transaction, which is pending to be approved by the merger control authorities, Elsamex Gestión de Infraestructuras’s managers will retain a significant stake in the company.
