Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, as sole dealer manager, in connection with a tender offer by Interchile, S.A. (Interchile). Pursuant to the tender offer, Interchile repurchased US$126,631,000 in aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 4.500% Senior Secured Notes due 2056 (the Notes). Clifford Chance had also advised the initial purchasers on Interchile’s offering and issuance of the Notes in 2021, then the largest green project bond in Latin America in the power and utility sector. Interchile is one of the largest electricity transmission companies in Chile, based on kilometers of electricity transmission lines.
