Ropes & Gray has advised leading global investment firm Francisco Partners on its £175 million acquisition of AIM quoted Blancco Technology Group plc (Blancco). The deal, which announced in August, has completed this week.
Blancco is a market leader in secure data erasure and mobile lifecycle solutions with a core product offering of B2B secure data erasure software provided to enterprises, IT asset disposal vendors and the mobile industry.
The Ropes & Gray team was led by private equity transactions partners Dan Oates and Angela Becker, alongside associates Victoria Srivastava, George Taylor, Charlie Shephard, Emilio Fabrizi, Victoria Wilson, and trainee Charlotte Hoggarth based in the London office.
