Clifford Chance advises Banco Santander, BBVA and Tresmares Capital on a financing granted to L-GAM

Madrid: Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised a syndicate of lenders on the financing granted to L-GAM in connection with the acquisition from the Spanish fund Portobello of Trison, a leading company specialised in digital signage.
