Sidley Represents Agents in Americold Realty Trust’s US$900 Million “At-The-Market” Equity Program

Sidley represented the Agents and their respective affiliates in connection with Americold Realty Trust, Inc.’s US$900 million “at-the-market” offering of common stock, which included a forward sales component. The ATM program was established on November 9, 2023.

The deal team was led by Ed Petrosky, Jerry Cummins, and Meaghan O’Toole, and included Adam Gross and Dženela Bečić. The Sidley Tax team assisting on the transaction was led by Christian Brause and Dustin Anderson. The Sidley forward team assisting on the transaction was led by Prabhat Mehta and included Patricia Wood.
