London—A Real Estate led cross-practice team of lawyers from leading global law firm Dentons has advised Frasers Group plc (Frasers) on one of their biggest and most significant acquisitions in 2023.
Frasers acquired Junction 32, Outlet Shopping Centre in Castleford, Yorkshire. This high-end retail outlet centre with over 90 stores, featuring tenants such as Adidas, M&S, Nike, and Next.
Frasers acquired Junction 32 from Land Securities Group plc, the largest commercial property development and investment company in the United Kingdom.
The Dentons team was led by Real Estate partner Andrew Henderson and Corporate partner Matthew Tinger, with leading support by Real Estate Senior Associate Andrew McGrath and Corporate Senior Associate Verity Kent. The team collaborated with the client’s external team at Global Mutual (asset management advice and support), CBRE (property management) and BDO (financial advice and support).
