Clifford Chance has advised healthcare group Fresenius and its Spanish subsidiary QuironSalud on the sale of their hospital operations in Peru.
The divested portfolio consists of QuironSalud’s stake in the flagship hospital ClĂnica Ricardo Palma located in Lima. Entities of the Verme family, who currently possess a stake in the hospital, will acquire this interest, along with other local investors.
