London—Dentons has advised Premier Foods plc (“Premier Foods”), one of the UK’s largest food producers, on its acquisition of FUEL10K, at an enterprise value of £34.0 million. The acquisition significantly expands Premier Foods presence in the breakfast meal occasion.
FUEL10K make ‘fuel for busy people’, with a protein enriched breakfast range featuring granola, oats and drinks products, which can be eaten at the breakfast table or on the go. FUEL10K is sold in the UK in major retailers, convenience channels and online and attracts a young demographic.
In 2022, Dentons advised Premier Foods on their acquisition of The Spice Tailor.
