Natale represents emerging growth tech company clients in a wide range of transactional matters, including venture capital financings, growth equity investments, M&A, debt financings, licensing and outsourcing, and securities and corporate governance. Natale’s clients also include private equity sponsors, venture capital funds, financial institutions, privately held middle-market companies and private equity-backed portfolio companies. His client portfolio spans various industry sectors, including technology, financial services, software, healthcare and life sciences, industrial and manufacturing, media, marketing, food and beverage, retail and consumer products and cannabis.
