Amsterdam—Dentons, the global law firm, advised P3 Logistic Parks (P3) on its acquisition of a 66,160 sq.m. development in an upcoming logistics location in Emmen, the Netherlands. P3 acquired the asset from real estate developer Solidiam N.V. in partnership with 3B Group. P3 Emmen is expected to be delivered by the second quarter of next year.

P3 is a leading long-term investor, manager, and developer of warehouse properties in Europe, 100% owned by GIC, with more than 7.6 million sq.m. of assets under management. P3 has commercial activities in 11 countries and has been investing and developing in European markets for almost two decades. With this newly acquired site, P3 currently owns and manages eleven logistics sites across the Benelux region, which it rents out to tenants such as Lidl, Fresh Solutions Netherlands B.V., Jumbo, Yamato, Karl Rapp and Cargotech.

Real Estate Partner Dirk-Jan Gondrie, who led the Dentons team, said, “Dentons and P3 have a long-standing working relationship. Over the last couple of years, we have advised P3 on several acquisitions across Europe. It was a pleasure to support our client in this significant step in their Dutch portfolio expansion.”

Dentons provided legal and tax advice with a team consisting of Partners Dirk-Jan Gondrie, Wesley Boldewijn, Sebastiaan Wijsman and Ines van Dijk, Senior Associates Mehdi El Manouzi, Jan de Wit and Harti Dumatubun, and Associates Joost Boon, Bas Legger and Yuri Katus.
