Global law firm Dentons announces the recruitment of Arnaldo Bernardi as a partner in the White-Collar Crime team within the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice.
Arnaldo Bernardi joins Dentons’ Milan office after having practiced for 13 years for international law firms in Milan, New York and Paris.
Triple-qualified, he is admitted to the Milan, Paris and New York State bars. He advises clients in the oil and gas, luxury, retail, telecommunications, and financial sectors on internal investigations, corporate compliance and business and human rights.
Arnaldo Bernardi will be responsible for developing Dentons’ internal investigation practice in Italy and expanding its service offering, in collaboration with the White-Collar Crime team in Italy and around the world.
