Energy Transfer LP (NYSE: ET) has announced the pricing of its US$1 billion aggregate principal amount of 6.050% senior notes due 2026, US$500 million aggregate principal amount of 6.100% senior notes due 2028, US$1 billion aggregate principal amount of 6.400% senior notes due 2030, and US$1.5 billion aggregate principal amount of 6.550% senior notes due 2033 at a price to the public of 99.941%, 99.887%, 99.885%, and 99.886%, respectively, of their face value.
Latham & Watkins LLP advised Energy Transfer in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by Houston partners Kevin Richardson and Bill Finnegan, with associates Dan Harrist, Janhavi Das, and Kevin Donovan.
