Linklaters has served as Financial Regulatory Counsel to Groupe Bruxelles Lambert (GBL) in the successful completion of the US$ 4.8 billion combination between Webhelp and Concentrix. This combination further positions Webhelp and Concentrix as a global provider of customer experience (CX).
As the majority shareholder of Webhelp since 2019, this combination positions GBL as the first shareholder of a combined company, leader on CX services and technologies, with an expanded breadth of generative AI solutions, digital capabilities, and high-value services.
Linklaters represented GBL in the financial regulatory aspects of the transaction in Europe and the UK; as well as GBL together with Concentrix in other non-EEA jurisdictions (North America, South America, Africa and Asia).
Our Linklaters multijurisdictional regulatory team was led by Paris partner Ngoc-Hong Ma with associates Emilie Rochat and Anna Petrusa; with London counsel Jean Price and associates Grace Megroz and Krishan Sood, with Amsterdam partner Bas Jennen and associate Jan-Jouke van der Meer.
