Clifford Chance has advised Paragon Partners and its WEKA Group portfolio companies, which offer specialist media and communications services, on the carve-out and sale of their education business arm consisting of five companies in Germany and Switzerland. The buyer is Aspire Education Group, a portfolio company of EMZ Partners. Closing is scheduled for the end of September.
