The facility has a 5-year term, which will allow ib vogt an efficient access to capital to meet the company’s business needs and will primarily support projects sourced from ib vogt’s international pipeline, with a particular focus on OECD markets.
Headquartered in Berlin, ib vogt is a leading utility-scale solar development platform, focussing on the global development of turnkey PV plants and battery storage projects as well as the expansion of its IPP portfolio. The company plans to utilize the fresh capital for financing the construction of projects sourced from its own project pipeline, refinancing existing credit facilities, and expanding their bonding lines.
“We are very pleased to support our longstanding client ib vogt GmbH in this important milestone of their growth strategy with this financing” said Carla Luh, head of the German financing practice at Hogan Lovells.
