International law firm Clifford Chance has advised Invision, a leading European private equity firm, on the fundraising process and oversubscribed closing of its latest €550 million flagship fund, Invision VII.
Invision’s strategy focusses on succession situations and growth capital for mid-sized companies in the DACH countries. Invision has invested over €1 billion equity in over 60 companies to date.
The LP base for Invision VII includes existing as well as new local and leading global institutional investors.
