Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advises S.J.S. Enterprises on proposed acquisition of 90.1% in Walter Pack Automotive Products

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, India’s leading law firm, advised S.J.S. Enterprises on the proposed acquisition of 90.1% stake in Walter Pack Automotive Products India Private Limited (Walter Pack India). Walter Pack India is engaged in the business of design and development of high value added functional decorative parts in the Indian market using advanced in-mould technologies.

As a part of the transaction, S.J.S. Enterprises Limited proposes to acquire 90.1% stake in Walter Pack India, by way of a secondary purchase from Walter Pack S.L. and the founder of their India operations, Mr. Roy Mathew.

Other parties and advisors to the transaction included PwC (acted as tax advisor for S.J.S. Enterprises)
