Ropes & Gray represented Veterinary Practice Partners (VPP), a portfolio company of Audax Group, in its acquisition of Caring Hands, a provider of veterinary services. VPP is a community of over 125 animal hospitals across the United States and Caring Hands Animal Hospital is a network of veterinary hospitals in Maryland and Virginia.
