Kirkland Advises Macquarie Asset Management Fund on Investment in Pavlov Media

Kirkland & Ellis counseled Macquarie Asset Management (MAM), the world’s largest infrastructure manager, in connection with a preferred equity investment in Pavlov Media Inc., one of the largest independent providers of fiber-based Internet connectivity to off-campus student housing in the United States, by a fund managed by MAM.

The Kirkland team was led by corporate partners John Pitts and Ben Hardison and associate Abbey Zuech; and included debt finance partner Rohit Chaudhry; tax partners Lee Morlock and Joe Tobias; and investment funds partners Erica Berthou, Samuel Francis and Carrie VanFleet.
