Allen & Overy has advised on a EUR750 million senior unsecured bond, maturing in December 2024, with a fixed annual coupon of 4.375%, intended for qualified investors and admitted to listing on the multilateral trading system (MTF) Global Exchange Market of Euronext Dublin. This is the second issue for Leasys after the inaugural bond of July 2021.
The financial institutions acting as Joint Bookrunners were Crédit Agricole CIB, BBVA, BNP Paribas, Goldman Sachs International, IMI – Intesa Sanpaolo, ING and J.P. Morgan.
The A&O team was led by International Capital Markets partners Cristiano Tommasi and Craig Byrne with senior associate Sarah Capella, supported by trainee Francesco Laurenti. Counsel Elia Ferdinando Clarizia and associate Lino Ziliotti advised on tax aspects.
