Linklaters has announced a partnership with Legal Innovators, an alternative legal services provider focused on innovative talent management solutions.
The firm will welcome a cohort of Legal Innovators attorneys who will be fully integrated into Linklaters’ first-year associate class of 2022. Legal Innovators is a technology-enabled end-to-end talent management solution that is changing the way the legal sector approaches the hiring, pricing, and training of junior legal talent through a two-year apprenticeship style program.
Legal Innovators aims to find talented candidates, through its proprietary algorithm and comprehensive vetting process, who may have been missed in the traditional on-campus interview process, which can often exclude some of the most talented candidates, from the spectrum of diverse identities, inclusive of but not limited to women, race and ethnicity and first generation. Linklaters will benefit from the program’s high-quality junior legal talent who undergo an extensive vetting, mentoring, and training process by Legal Innovators which de-risks the hiring process and provides a diversity-rich talent pipeline.
