Portland General Electric Company (NYSE: POR), a fully integrated energy company, has announced that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 10,100,000 shares of its common stock, all of which are being offered in connection with the forward sale agreements described below, at a public offering price of US$43 per share. The offering is expected to close on October 28, 2022, subject to satisfaction of the conditions to closing.
