IMG, an Endeavor company and global leader in events, media, sports and fashion, has announced that it has sold The Miss Universe Organization (MUO), the global organization overseeing the annual MISS UNIVERSE competition, to Thailand-based JKN Global Media Public Company Limited.

Latham & Watkins LLP represents IMG in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by New York partners Justin Hamill and Michael Anastasio, with associates Adam Rosenthal, Quentin Ayukesong, and Shelton Taylor. Advice was also provided on tax matters by New York partner Matthew Dewitz, with associates Alan Kimball and Lukas Kutilek; on benefits and compensation matters by New York partner Austin Ozawa, with associates Max Raskin and Anne Bracaglia; and on intellectual property matters by Los Angeles partner Ghaith Mahmood, with associate Nicole Nour.
