Dentons, the world’s largest law firm, announces today that Erin E. Shick has joined the Firm’s Pensions, Benefits and Executive Compensation practice as partner in the Cincinnati office.
Shick assists employers as they establish and maintain compliance related to ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA and the Internal Revenue Code for qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans and executive compensation arrangements. Shick works with companies on the compensation and benefits-related aspects of corporate transactions and often advises benefits committees, boards of directors and plan trustees in fiduciary and administrative obligations with respect to benefit plans.
