Herbert Smith Freehills is pleased to welcome partner Alice Molan to its market-leading Financial Services Regulatory practice in Melbourne.
Joining the firm on 10 October 2022, Alice will advise clients in the banking, non-bank lending, payments and fintech sectors on Australian and offshore banking regulatory matters alongside partner Charlotte Henry and senior consultant Tony Coburn.
Alice is relocating to her hometown of Melbourne from Hong Kong, where she was a partner at Walkers.
Earlier in her career she practiced as a senior associate at King & Wood Mallesons in both Melbourne and Hong Kong.

Alice is the latest Australian partner to join HSF following the appointments of financial services and superannuation experts Maged Girgis and Andrew Bradley in July 2022, tax experts Toby Eggleston, Nick Heggart and Ryan Leslie in June 2022, and technology law expert Cameron Whittfield in February 2022.
