Linklaters Paris and Allen & Overy Paris advised on the project refinancing of a very high-speed fibre optic electronic communications network in the Bas-Rhin and Haut-Rhin areas.
This refinancing operation comes at the end of the construction period. The arrangers, La Banque Postale and Société Générale, arranged a €145,000,000 limited recourse senior bank debt with a maturity of 22 years, syndicated to an extended banking pool.
Linklaters LLP advised the consortium composed of Altitude Infrastructure THD, Caisse des Dépôts et des Consignations, NGE Concessions, Quaero European Infrastructure Fund and the dedicated company Rosace with a team comprised of Darko Adamovic (Partner), Pauline Portos and Romain Marchand (Senior Associates) and Zehra Sever (Associate) for the financing and project aspects.
