Latham & Watkins Advises Endeavor in Sale of Diamond Baseball Holdings to Silver Lake

Endeavor Group Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: EDR), a global sports and entertainment company, has announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its MLB Professional Development League business, Diamond Baseball Holdings, to Silver Lake, a global technology investment firm.

Latham & Watkins LLP represents Endeavor in the transaction with a corporate team lead by New York partners Justin Hamill and Frank Saviano, with associates Adam Rosenthal, Rachel Klein, Jesse Lake, and Kaitlin Ray.
