Linklaters has advised DigitalBridge on the sale of Wildstone, the leadingĀ owner of independent outdoor media infrastructure in the UK, to Antin Infrastructure Partners.
Linklaters advised DigitalBridge when it acquired Wildstone in 2020 and has worked closely with Wildstone since, both on its financing and the execution of M&A opportunities, with Wildstone becoming one of the fasted growing owners of outdoor media infrastructure across the UK and Europe with a portfolio of over 3,000 billboards.
The team was led by private equity partners,Ā Andrew LynchĀ andĀ Daniel LawĀ alongside managing associateĀ Rohan DeyĀ and associateĀ Claudia Greig; tax partnerĀ Chris Smale, tax managing associateĀ Jack HarrisonĀ and tax associateĀ Clara Khoo; finance partnerĀ Julian Davies, finance managing associateĀ Thomas CaponĀ and finance associateĀ Shamin Choudhury.
This is the latest deal that the team have supported DigitalBridge on, with corporate partnersĀ Daniel LawĀ andĀ David MartinĀ advising the group on their formation of AtlasEdge, the Vantage Europe and Vantage APAC platforms and the acquisition of Next Generation Data (NGD).
