Global law firm Dentons has announced the arrival of Ignacio Lopez de Romaña as a Partner in the Banking and Finance practice in Lima. Ignacio is a highly regarded lawyer in the area of banking and finance and will strengthen the Firm’s offering for clients in the financial institutions sector.
Ignacio joins the Dentons Lima office, along with senior associate Augusto Iberico, both formerly from PPU. These investments in talent reflect the growing client demand for Dentons’ legal advice on banking and finance matters in Peru and in the Latin America and the Caribbean region.
Ignacio advises clients in the banking and financial sectors, with a particular expertise in assisting financial entities in complex financial transactions with agricultural, fishing and mining companies, gained in his previous work at leading local firms and an international bank.
