Ropes & Gray advised Monomoy Capital Partners on the sale of Construction Resources Holdings to International Designs Group, a portfolio company of Mill Point Capital. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The announcement was made on July 18 in a press release.

Construction Resources Holdings is the market-leading distributor of value-added building products in the U.S. Southeast. Monomoy Capital Partners is a private investment firm with over $2.7 billion in assets under management. Monomoy invests in the equity and debt of middle-market businesses that can benefit from operational and financial improvement with a focus on industrial and consumer product sectors in North America and Europe.
