Dentons has advised FPM 100 New Bridge Street Limited on the sale of the 100 New Bridge Street building in London EC4 to property investment and development company Helical plc, for £160 million.
The 167,026 sq. ft office building is held on a 999-year long leasehold at a peppercorn rent from National Rail Infrastructure Limited. The property is currently let to international law firm Baker McKenzie, whose lease will expire in December 2023.
Helical, a leading UK real estate company specialising in the redevelopment of highly sustainable London office buildings, plan to undertake major refurbishment improvements around the site.
