Clifford Chance advised Ohpen, a leading provider of a cloud-based banking platform, on raising EUR 30 million in growth capital from Deutsche Bank. The funds will be directed towards expansion efforts into markets such as the UK and deepening Ohpen’s market-leading functionality.
