“We are delighted Amy is joining Kirkland,” said London-based investment funds partner Christopher Braunack. “She brings a wealth of experience, particularly with respect to large-cap fundraising, at a time when many of our private equity sponsor clients are raising substantially larger funds.”
London-based investment funds partner Richard Watkins added: “Amy has a stellar reputation in the market and is already well known to a number of our private equity sponsor clients. She will be an excellent addition to our platform.”
Ms. Fox will join Kirkland from the London office of Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett.
Kirkland’s European investment funds practice has over 20 partners and advises many of Europe’s preeminent investment fund sponsors with respect to their fundraisings, ongoing fund-related matters (including liquidity solutions) and sponsor strategic transactions.
