We advised ING Bank Śląski on the signing of the amendment and restatement agreement to a PLN 44.5M facilities agreement in connection with the financing of the second phase of the construction of PV farms in the Sulechów municipality with a total capacity of 11.7 MWs by Polenergia Farma Wiatrowa 17, a subsidiary of Polenergia, the largest private energy group in Poland. The Sulechów II project will consist of 12 PV farms and the necessary technical infrastructure. Each of the farms will have a capacity of up to 1MW. The project won last year’s RES auction for new photovoltaic farms. In 2019, we advised ING Bank Śląski on the financing for the first phase of this project – Sulechów I with a total capacity of 8MWs.
