Institute of Patent Attorneys, India (IPAI) is a unit of “Intellectual Property Research Institute (IPRI), New Delhi” and is providing professional training in Intellectual Property Rights for candidates to appear for Patent Agents and Trademark Agents Examination, conducted by Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Government of India) through Patent and Trademark Offices and obtaining qualifications necessary to practice as a Patent Agent and Trademark Agent under the Act and Rules.
IPAI is organizing, a two days training programme on introduction of IPR and career scope for Patent and Trademark Attorneys.
