Mridul Kumbalath has over 12 years of experience in the real estate sector. He has handled several complex real estate transactions across India and regularly advises developers, lenders, large corporates, and investors on matters of real property including acquisitions, land development, leasing, security creation, regulations around special economic zones, restrictions surrounding holding, and acquisition of agricultural lands. He also specialises in matters pertaining to construction and development related laws.
