Kirkland Advises on $450 Million Follow-On Offering of Dada

Kirkland & Ellis represented the underwriters on the $450 million follow-on public offering of American depositary shares of Dada Nexus Limited (NASDAQ: DADA), China’s leading local on-demand delivery and retail platform. The offering was priced on December 3, 2020.

The underwriters included Goldman Sachs (Asia), BofA Securities, Jefferies, Haitong International Securities and KeyBanc Capital Markets.
