Led by its Frankfurt partner Michael Schlitt, international law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Jefferies International Limited as Sole Global Coordinator and Joint Bookrunner on the IPO of Knaus Tabbert AG. ABN AMRO BANK N.V. and UniCredit Bank AG acted as further Joint Bookrunners.
The offering comprised a total of 4,000,000 shares, of which 350,000 were new shares from the company’s capital increase and 3,128,261 were shares from the holdings of existing shareholders. A further 521,739 shares from a securities loan (“Greenshoe Shares”) were allotted to investors under an over-allotment option
The shares were offered during an offering period from 14 September 2020 to 22 September 2020 to institutional and retail investors in a public offering in Germany. The final issue price was set at EUR 58.00. The total offering volume is approximately EUR 232 million, which on the basis of the issue price corresponds to a total market capitalization of Knaus Tabbert AG of EUR 602 million.
The shares of Knaus Tabbert AG have been admitted to trading on the regulated market (Prime Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 23 September 2020. The prospectus relating to the public offer and the admission to trading of shares of Knaus Tabbert AG was approved by the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) on 11 September 2020.
Knaus Tabbert AG is a leading manufacturer of leisure vehicles in Europe with headquarters in Jandelsbrunn in Lower Bavaria and offers the entire range of leisure vehicles, from compact entry-level models to the upper luxury class.
