Kirkland Advises Ares Capital in Connection with $750 Million Notes Offering
Kirkland & Ellis represented Ares Capital Corporation (Nasdaq: ARCC) in connection with its underwritten public offering of $750.0 million in aggregate principal amount of 3.875% notes due 2026. The notes will mature on January 15, 2026, and may be redeemed in whole or in part at ARCC’s option at any time at par plus a “make-whole” premium, if applicable.
