With more than 20 years of experience as an Intellectual Property Attorney and then as an Attorney at Law, she has developed extensive expertise in intellectual property law renowned both in France and internationally. Within the law firm DLA Piper France, Karine Disdier-Mikus was in charge of the Intellectual Property practice and developed in particular the international platform for managing trademark portfolios worldwide.
Karine Disdier-Mikus assists her clients in their business development as well as in the protection and defense of their intellectual property rights on a global level. In this respect, she assists them in their trademark, design, domain name and anti-counterfeiting strategies, in particular in the context of customs procedures and represents them in all litigation. She also assists them in the negotiation of strategic agreements, in the context of national or cross-border M&A transaction.
Karine Disdier-Mikus will continue to develop her prosecution and litigation activities in the Paris and Lyon FIDUCIAL LEGAL BY LAMY offices, thereby strengthening the existing teams and expanding the firm’s range of services.
