MATS Law School, MATS University is going to organize the 4th Shri Mangilal Pagariya Memorial International Moot Court Competition, 2016.
Date: 23rd – 25th September, 2016
Venue: MATS Law School, MATS University, MATS Tower, Pandari, Raipur
Eligibility:
Students pursuing three or five years LL.B. (or equivalent courses) from any recognized Indian / Foreign Universities / Schools / Faculties / Institute are eligible to participate.
Team Composition:
- The participation shall be allowed in a team basis format and each team shall consist of 3 participants (2 speakers and 1 researcher)
- Only the speakers will be permitted to put forth oral arguments in the Competition.
- Change in team composition shall not be permitted once the names are send, in respect of this the discretion lies with the organizing committee.
- In case of any changes in the team composition, it shall be conveyed to the organizers stating the reasons for the same.
Registration:
- Registration Form completely filled and duly signed by the Head of the participating University / Schools / Faculties / Institute along with a Demand Draft of Rs. 2000/- as registration fee.
- The Draft shall be drawn in the favour of “MATS University, (Raipur)”.
- Hard copies of Memorials should be send on the following address:

Hospitality:
- Accommodation will be provided for the participating teams for three days i.e. 23rd to 25th September, 2016 at the university campus itself. No other place of stay shall be provided
- Participating teams (consisting of three members i.e. two speakers and one researcher) will be received by the volunteers of moot court competition at their respective places of arrival upon prior intimation.
- Any additional member other than the registered team member shall not be entertained during the competition.
